"As expected" is the word to describe this week's sports session. After the huge turnout last week, we had 32 who turned up. It's less but still quite a solid number.
In fact, I feel 32 is just right. We have time for breaks and socialising among other players. We can also play with other players whom we seldom play with.
We had 3 courts on for badminton and basketball uses the other half of the court. Saw quite a few new faces for basketball as well, which is a good sign.
Just one note for all players. Let's practise good sportsmanship. How?
Some suggestions:
1. Don't keep the court to yourself
2. Play 20 minutes max on a court if you're not playing competitively
3. If playing competitively, all players get off the court when finish
4. Return "still Ok" shuttle to the court for other players to warm up
5. Give everyone else an equal playing opportunity
It's unlikely for us to open the small court for usage as the costs are just too high. We couldn't afford to pay for the big and small gym at the same time. So I hope everyone will be considerate and have good sportsmanship.
