916 - New Dawn or Bluff?

All Malaysians and probably the whole international world are watching at the political progress in Malaysia on this day. Will Anwar's promise about 3 months ago become reality or is it just a bluff to shaken the current BN Govt? Whatever it is, the damage has been done: Malaysians NOW believe BN is not invincible and could be taken down!

*Updated 2* - Pak Lah says
"There is no reason for me to meet him because I don’t think he has the names. He is just getting the people to focus on him and his political ploy. I do not need to see him.
And
"I don’t think he has the names. If he does, I don’t think he would wait to inform the people (of the names)"
Now, if you are Anwar, would you release the names to public now? If it's me, I wouldn't. Who would want to risk those people to ISA, "sudden corruption" charges, etc. BN is desperate is get the namelist right now.

In the meantime, another BN diversion?
Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Hasan Malek has claimed he was offered money and a post as inducements to join the Opposition.
If so, why doesn't he report to ACA? If he's so loyal to BN, why not report it and destroy the opposition image once & for all?

We are near to the final phase of this Malaysian Political Tsunamis. It's a matter who can hold to the last card. When will the "Showhand"? Who will be the big winner? Let's wait & see.

*Updated* - Anwar claimed more than 31 MPs wanting to cross over but not revealing names for their safety sake. Anwar has however, asked to meet with Pak Lah to discuss the transfer of power in a peaceful way. When asked about when meeting Pak Lah, here is Anwar's reply:
Pressed for a deadline for a meeting with Abdullah, Anwar said he did not like to give any ultimatum but it should be within the next few days or “other options would be considered.”
Let's wait & see.....

Anwar has claimed he has enough numbers for the crossover, read here.

Here Anwar is hinting a delay in formation of the new government. Quoting Anwar:
"Why are we not changing tomorrow? We don't want to do it by force. To go to Putrajaya and drag them out. So, we want to negotiate with the prime minister to see if he wants one week or two weeks. But our promise is that we will not follow the rule of the jungle. There will be no witch-hunting - what is done is done. What we want is to rule without corruption, detention without trial or theft of the people's resources."

It's mid day now at KL (12noon). Another 12 hours to see if anything will happen! Remember, Malaysia a.k.a Boleh-land!

The crossover list should be released today!(here). Stay tuned...Meanwhile, Datuk Zaid Ibrahim has quit (it's final!). A slap into the face of Pak Lah, who earlier told Zaid to take leave instead (read here).
MINISTER in the Prime Minister's department, Datuk Zaid Ibrahim has made up his mind on quitting.
"I'm not tired, just disappointed," he told reporters at a press conference this morning at Putrajaya. "I'm sorry."

Keep our fingers crossed!
