All apartments have doubles bed except 2 of them. All have flat screen TV with free satellite channels! The building also has a theatre room for students to use.

We only have less than 10 available now. The cheapest apartment now is $315pw (which is also the most expensive ones) on level 12
i got someone to inspect this afternoon and the agent told him that there were 20+ units available.

Oh right. The unit I am planning to apply is 1215 which is the unit he inspected today. I will be sending in my application tomorrow but I have an enquiry, I will be only be back on the 24th but I am afraid if I put that as the starting lease date I will not be able to secure the unit. What do you suggest?
1215 will not be available until end of March or early april. Need to choose others.
Btw, I don't think he inspected 1215, should be 909.
My bad, I double confirmed with him and he confirmed that it's 909. I checked this morning with the SHA and I don't think 909 is available anymore right? I am looking at 1111 or 1213 now since 1215 won't be available soon. Is it okay to put more than one unit in the application form? As for the starting lease date, I am quite confused about this part. Would it affect on the application process if my lease date is starting later?
